Responsibilities

• Managing and executing marketing exhibitions, trade events, warehouse sales and home fairs to achieve the targeted results.
• Coordinating promotional materials, giveaways, manpower and event logistics.
• Planning and executing roadshows, mall activations, retail activations, community events and consumer engagement programmes.
• Managing sponsorship proposals, agreements, deliverables and activation activities.
• Monitoring sponsorship exposure and preparing post-event reports.
• Coordinating event-related marketing materials and branding requirements.
• Supporting event photography, videography and social media content requirements.
• Managing multiple events and activation projects simultaneously while meeting the required deadlines and quality standards.
• Conducting market research on relevant market trends and competitors’ activities when required.
• Monitoring project expenditure against approved budgets and ensuring that all expenses are properly documented.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the superior or Management.

Qualification:

• Degree in any related discipline with a minimum CGPA 3.0

Skills & Knowledge:

• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good in communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
