About the Role

We're looking for ambitious, resourceful and high-potential individuals who think like entrepreneurs and are ready to take on bigger challenges.

This is not a conventional Management Trainee or Operations Executive position. You will work directly with executive leadership, take ownership of key business operations, solve real business challenges and contribute to our expansion across international markets.

We're particularly interested in individuals who have previously built their own businesses, managed startups, led independent projects or demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and execution abilities.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of business operations and drive operational improvements.
• Identify problems, analyse data and implement practical solutions.
• Participate in new market research, business expansion and project launches.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities and manage teams or business operations.

• Entrepreneurial background, preferably former founders, business owners or startup operators.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for results.
• Analytical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in AI, automation and technology-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
