• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, quotations, renewals, and support agreements.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs), validate invoices, and coordinate payment processing.
• Monitor infrastructure budgets and track cloud, software, hardware, and managed services spend.
• Support financial reporting, accruals, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation activities.
• Maintain financial governance, cost allocations, and audit compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable, Infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• 3+ years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement operations, or IT financial administration.
• Experience managing contracts, POs, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
