Job Summary,

• Keep pace with the latest development projects in Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley.
• Develop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement for BD team activities on target market and client listing to be acquired.
• Head and roll out business development strategies and ongoing promotion and marketing activities.
• Meet property owner & developers to grow awareness on branding of product and service offered by the company.
• Prepare presentation and project reference summary. Impress clients on key successful portfolios.
• Attend to clients and owners inquiry related to company product and services and tender submission.
• Liaise with QS, Project & Design team with regards to details and other information with related to the services and products offered by Company.
• Consult Management in related to clients requirements relate to pricing and services and product matters.
• Resolve complex customer issues by communicate effectively to resolve disputes and complaints addressed.
• Document feedback and evaluations from clients.
• Develop and build relationships long term with customer to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirement

• Preferably possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience in Interior Fit Out Industry
• Presentable appearance & good grooming
• Posses Own Transport and able to travel outstation.
• Based at Kuchai Lama Corporate Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM15,500.00 per month
