Job Descriptions

• Lead and govern all people-related functions across the Group's operating markets as the executive steward of People Governance, reporting to the CFO and directly leading the HR team.
• Establish and maintain the Group People Governance framework and ensure statutory and labor law compliance across all operating markets.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including review and approval of monthly payroll runs, CPF and other statutory submissions, and maker-checker controls.
• Lead, develop and mentor the HR team across markets, including HR Business Partners, Payroll Executives and HR Operations staff, with clear KPIs and succession plans.
• Lead annual and quarterly workforce planning and manpower governance with the C-suite, BU heads and Finance.
• Standardize performance appraisal, compensation benchmarking, salary band and bonus governance across Business Units.
• Lead succession planning and organizational development, retention of critical roles, and support organizational restructuring.
• Optimize the Omni HR system, HR data governance and workforce analytics, and drive HR automation and AI enablement.
