HR that makes things work better.

We’re looking for an HR Executive who enjoys making things better, 

better processes, better data, better employee support and better ways of working.

This isn't a role where you simply follow a checklist. You’ll be trusted to manage your work, solve problems and speak up when something can be improved.

What you'll be doing

•⁠ ⁠Support clients (internal or external) with day-to-day HR queries and know when to escalate more complex matters.

•⁠ ⁠Keep employee records, HR data and reports accurate and up to date.

•⁠ ⁠Manage recurring HR activities and make sure deadlines are met.

•⁠ ⁠Identify gaps or inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate training programmes, employee activities and HR events.

•⁠ ⁠Support the wider HR team on projects and initiatives.

What we'd like to see

•⁠ ⁠Around 3 years of HR experience

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Excel, Canva and AI tools and willing to learn new ones.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

•⁠ ⁠Someone who asks questions, raises issues early and looks for solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Able to stay organised and calm when priorities change.

•⁠ ⁠Most importantly, someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

What you'll grow into

•⁠ ⁠First 3 months: Learn our systems, processes and people.

•⁠ ⁠6 months: Manage your responsibilities independently and become a reliable point of contact for routine HR matters.

•⁠ ⁠12 months: Start driving improvements and make a visible impact on how HR works.
