About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Korean language and a passion for learning technology. This is a unique opportunity to transition from a linguistics background into the dynamic world of IT networking, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Korean -speaking end-customers, under guidance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Korean.
• Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken). Language certifications such as TOPIK 5/6 are a plus but not mandatory.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Strong interest in building a career in IT networking field.
• 0 to 1 year of working experience
