Minimum 2 years of sales / retail experience.

Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Familiar with POS system, stock receiving and invoicing.

Experience in cashier handling and cash balancing.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to coordinate and manage daily team workflow.

Knowledge of retail operations and sales reporting.

Handle walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.

Manage daily shop operations smoothly.

Receiving, processing and organizing incoming goods / deliveries.

Monitor stock levels, stock arrangement and replenishment.

Prepare invoices, quotations and POS transactions accurately.

Supervise cashier operations and daily cash closing.

Ensure shop cleanliness, product display and proper merchandising.

Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.

Handle customer issues professionally and maintain good customer satisfaction.

Ensure all daily opening and closing procedures are completed properly.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by employer / superior.
