Team Members at Chick-fil-A Singapore play vital roles in front-of-house or back-of-house, delivering great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.
Supervise assigned shifts and team members, ensuring consistent guest service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, productivity and compliance with operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Team Members during assigned shifts.
Deploy team members effectively according to business volume and operational requirements.
Maintain high standards of guest service, order accuracy and speed of service.
Ensure food preparation, holding, portioning and presentation meet required standards.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety throughout the shift.
Support opening and closing procedures and ensure shift checklists are completed.
Coach Team Members and provide on-the-job guidance and feedback.
Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
Monitor stock levels, product availability, wastage and basic inventory controls.
Handle guest feedback and escalate significant issues to management.
Complete required shift records, reports and operational checks.
Support both FOH and BOH operations as reasonably required.
Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations.
