We are an Intellectual Property Consulting Firm, for Trademark/Patent/Copyright/Design, and we have providing Corporate Services, Accounting & Tax and Search services established around 2009 at Hong Kong (HQ), over the years expanded to various region including Beijing, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients who require corporate services, and existing clients for renewal services. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, and legal professionals.

• Provide clerical support in preparing the statutory documents including but not limited to company formation, company renewal and change of company’s structure.

• Assist with the preparation of minutes and resolutions.

• Maintain and update statutory records.

• Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretarial related matters.

• Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• A detail-oriented person and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Corporate Services Executive / Senior Executive.
