Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food outlet and ensure smooth business operations.
Plan and assign daily duties to service staff, kitchen staff and other employees.
Monitor staff attendance, work performance and compliance with company procedures.
Guide and train employees on service standards, work procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor food preparation and service operations to ensure that food quality and service standards are maintained.
Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering, receiving and proper storage of food ingredients and supplies.
Handle daily operational issues and coordinate with staff to resolve customer service matters.
Maintain records of staff schedules, inventory, sales and other operational activities.
Liaise with the business owner or management on staffing, operational and administrative matters.
Ensure employees comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements and relevant food safety regulations.
Assist management in improving operational efficiency and maintaining consistent service quality.
