• Education at least SPM and above

• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively

• Able to read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English (Basic)

• Possess own transport

• To ensure the workers hostel is maintained in accordance with the Company Policies, RBA Standard and customer requirement 

• Responsible to prepare notice boards with full information as such (Org chart, emergency contact, evacuation plan, name list, do & don’t, 5S schedule)

• To brief newly arrival workers on hostel rules, regulations requirement and do and don’t.

• To conduct self-audit and inspection the hostel, facilities to ensure compliances with safety, hygiene, cleanness and furnish with audit report.

• Respond promptly and effectively to all emergency situations, including accident, health issue or facility related issue.

• To managed workers concerns and grievances in a timely manner and drive for improvement. Maintain great relationships with all the resident to reduce the noises.

• To take ownership & accountability to buying off new setup unit meeting the customer expectation before release the unit.

• To coordinating and preparing the unit meeting fully compliances to Safety & Documentation prior to RBA Audit , Customer Audit , Internal Audit or Government Authorities.

• To conduct 360-degree operator survey bi-yearly basis to drive for improvement plan.

• Assist with the Certificate of Accommodation (COA) application and provide updates on the application status.

 Supporting Task:

• To establish latest hostel occupants name list by monthly basis with 100% accuracy.

• To make police report whenever necessary.

• To respond Root Cause Action Plan on the audit finding.

• Excess utility bill preformed investigate and submitted the report to management.
