Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Engineer, Project Supervisor, or similar role.

Able to read and understand 2D/3D mechanical drawings, site layouts, and technical specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with site documentation such as Method Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments, progress reports, and inspection checklists.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to client sites.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise daily project activities and installation work at client sites.

Ensure site work follows approved engineering drawings, layouts, schedules, and project requirements.

Monitor daily progress, manpower, subcontractors, and project timelines.

Coordinate with client engineers, safety officers, subcontractors, main contractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.

Identify and report technical issues, design discrepancies, and potential project delays.

Prepare project documentation including progress reports, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, inspection checklists, variation requests, and handover documents.

Maintain project records, delivery orders, material requisitions, subcontractor claims, and project schedules.

Attend project and client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items.
