Looking for an opportunity to build your career in facilities and project management? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team and gain valuable experience in project planning, facilities development and engineering coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, budget estimates and project scheduling.

• Coordinate and manage building plans, architectural drawings and project documentation.

• Provide project engineering support and technical advice.

• Manage development projects to meet timeline, cost and quality requirements.

• Support document control, record management and process improvement initiatives.

• Assist with cost control and other departmental duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Building Services or related disciplines.

• Relevant experience in project coordination or facilities development is preferred. 

• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.
