Role Description

Qualifications

• Qualified Licensed Property Manager
• Strong property management and operation skills
• Solid administrative and organisational abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skill for interacting with tenants, owners, and service providers in a professional manner
• Competence with digital tools and software for remote work, including property management systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and make sound decisions inn a remote environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for addressing property issues and ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations
