- Prepare, generate, and maintain employee lifecycle documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, employment certificates, and other HR correspondence, in accordance with legislation and company policies.
- Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, compliant with company policies, and filed according to document retention requirements.
- Manage employee life-cycle transactions, including employee transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave updates etc.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in HR systems and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
- Review, validate, and process employee data changes within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and established controls.
- Support monthly payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and consolidating payroll input data such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, and employee claims.
- Perform payroll checks to ensure payroll data accuracy and timely submission to payroll vendors or internal payroll teams.
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies, employee inquiries, and data inconsistencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and maintain employee benefits, statutory contributions, tax-related information, and other payroll-related records in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration activities, ensuring all required documentation, system updates, and approvals are completed accurately.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, employee data extracts, payroll reports, and management dashboards as requested by stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and increased efficiency within HR administration, HRIS, and payroll processes.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other SSC team members to ensure seamless delivery of HR operational services and employee support.
Qualification
· Preferably minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist
