You will be he heart of our operations, with many aspects of the operations relying on your careful coordination. Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and bookings.

• Ensure prompt and efficient scheduling of appointments.

• General administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets

• Positive attitude and Service-oriented

• Effective communication skills. Able to read and write in English

• Able to commit at least 1 year
