Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Co-ordinator role based in Singapore. The role involves supporting the Sales Director with quotation preparation, order processing, and coordination between principals, suppliers, and internal team. The Technical Sales Co-ordinator will handle customer inquiries, provide basic technical information on products, and follow up on deliveries and lead times to ensure smooth order fulfilment. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, assisting with inventory and stock availability checks, and product sourcing.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Able to read basic technical drawings is a plus
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, technical support or a similar role
• Organised, detail oriented and good at following up
• Good communication skills to work with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Comfortable with basic office software and CRM systems
