As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you will drive new opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction or facade industry.

· Prepare compelling quotes and proposals to secure new contracts and drive business growth.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

· Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or facade sector

· Deep understanding of local construction regulations, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends

· Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships with clients

· Strong communication skills, capable of delivering compelling proposals to diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying new opportunities.

· Skilled at working closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to align business development efforts with technical solutions

· Proficiency in MS Office
