Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + Bonus

Location: Redhill

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:30pm

Working Days: 5 days per week

Job Summary

Join the Architectural Project Management team to support projects from design through to completion. The role covers project and contract management, coordination with consultants and project teams, and involvement in project tenders. You may also be assigned to manage smaller-scale projects independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters

• Support concept design, submissions and preparation of construction documents and drawings

• Work closely with internal and external project team members

• Coordinate with the technical team on planning and building regulations

• Coordinate project inputs and outputs to meet project requirements

• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes

• Liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders

• Assist with on-site inspections during construction

• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a relevant field

• At least 3 years of relevant architectural experience

• Experience handling industrial projects in Singapore, such as dormitories, warehouses or factories

• Experience in building project planning and coordination

• Basic knowledge of authority requirements, project execution and site matters

• Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and PowerPoint are an advantage

• Able to work independently and as part of a project team
