Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including managing general workers and monitoring subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule and project requirements.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate and efficient execution of site works.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and attend site meetings as required to coordinate with management, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor site materials, including delivery, usage, storage, and availability, to support uninterrupted project execution.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily site reports, weekly progress reports, Requests for Inspection (RFI), and other relevant inspection records.
• Provide timely updates on work progress, site issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager or immediate superior.
• Conduct site inspections jointly with the Clerk of Works (COW), main contractor, and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Attend weekly site meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of site-related matters.

Requirements

• Possess a Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Alternatively, candidates with at least two (2) years of relevant working experience may be considered.
• Experience in an Extra Low Voltage (ELV) construction environment will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate good self-discipline, accountability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Possess good site coordination and management skills, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Candidates who are available to commence work immediately will be preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
