The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role

• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $4,000 - $5,000 Basic + AWS + VB + Incentive

The Job:

• Provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
• Maintain accurate service records and conduct timely on-site service visits to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate internal and external team to ensure the service standard, customer satisfaction and technical support.
• Attend to customer sites and perform machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and operational verification.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• 3 - 5 years troubleshooting hands-on experience with scientific instrument, medical device, instrumentation, manufacturing sectors
