About us

We distribute international health and beauty brands across Singapore and Malaysia, through Watsons and Guardian on one side and Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop on the other. The same brand has to work on a shelf and in a livestream in the same week.

The role

You will own digital marketing across our brand portfolio: content, social, paid media, affiliates and KOLs, and CRM. You will also manage and develop our marketing executives and interns.

This is a hands-on role. You will build campaigns, write briefs and pull your own numbers, with real say in how things are done. Two areas are greenfield: we have no CRM or retention programme yet, and our affiliate and KOL work needs someone to own the relationships and briefs properly.

What you will do

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and marketplace ads, and own the ROAS
• Build and execute the content calendar, including short-form video
• Manage brand social channels and community engagement
• Own affiliate and KOL outreach, relationships, briefs and content angles
• Build our CRM and retention programme almost from scratch across email, WhatsApp and SMS
• Support marketplace campaigns and mega sale events with our e-commerce team
• Manage, brief and coach the marketing executives and interns
• Report on every campaign: a brief before spend, results after

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• 3–6 years in marketing, with hands-on digital campaign experience
• Paid media experience across Meta, TikTok and marketplace ads, with results you can talk through
• Able to produce and edit content, not just brief it
• Comfortable owning a budget and reporting on what it returned
• Experience managing or coaching juniors, formally or informally
• Health and beauty or FMCG background is a plus, not a requirement
