Experience: Prior retail supervisory/store management experience preferred.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance.

Lead, manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Monitor sales performance, customer service and staff productivity.

Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and manpower requirements.

Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations and daily reporting.

Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and operational procedures.
