Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Pick, prepare and issue materials according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
Perform loading, unloading, packing, and movement of materials using appropriate equipment eg. forklift and pallet jacks.
Perform inventory counting, scanning, labelling etc
Load and unload containers and truck deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts.
Check material serial numbers, quantities, and physical conditions.
Use the Warehouse Management System software to perform transactions for goods receipt, goods issue, transfer, and returns.
Ensure proper storage, segregation, and identification of materials according to warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
Perform regular housekeeping to maintain warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
Coordinate with office and Operations team to work efficiently and effectively.
Report any discrepancies, damaged cylinders, or safety issues to the supervisor.
Perform any other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience handling gas cylinders or hazardous materials is an advantage.
Physically able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
Forklift license is an advantage; training will be provided.
Five Day work week 9am to 5:30pm. Work location in Tuas South.
