Job Summary

To support daily production and warehouse operations, including production activities, material handling, inventory control, and housekeeping, in accordance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily production activities, including filling, packing, labelling, and product handling.
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
• Receive, inspect, store, and arrange incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Issue materials to production according to approved material requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions in the system.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Ensure products and materials are properly labelled, stored, and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and warehouse areas in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Record production output and complete relevant production and inventory documents accurately.
• Report production issues, material shortages, machine breakdowns, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in production or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and inventory record-keeping knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to perform production and material-handling tasks.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and cooperate with team members.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
