RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·    Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project

·    Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution

·    Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials

·    Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors

·    Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications

·    Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters

·    Prepare and submit Shop drawings

·    Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)

·    Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·    At least Diploma/Degree in Architecture

·    Min 2-3 years of Singapore working experience in building construction

·    Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch-up, knowledge in using of MS Project & Revit (BIM) would be an added advantage.

·    An independent, proactive & good team player
