Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform inspection and testing according to written work instructions, drawings, artworks, specifications, sample boards, defective limit samples and documents available in QMS system.
• Authorized to provide inspection status base on written acceptance criteria as per stipulated in work instructions, drawings, artworks, specifications, sample boards, defective limit samples and documents available in QMS system.
• Responsible to record inspection or test result in test record. GMP shall be practiced and adhered.
• Maintain all measuring and testing equipment in good condition.
• Maintain 5S, protection to environment, ensuring safety and health in workplace at all time.
• Assist in any job assigned by QC Supervisor.
  
  
  

Education / Experience Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM pass.
• Experience in injection moulding and/or medical industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in QA/ QC inspection activities.
  
  
  

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Preferably with ability to handle and use of simple measuring equipment.
• Preferably with knowledge in Microsoft words and excel.
• Able to read and write simple English, communicate fluently in written and oral Bahasa Malaysia.
