Company Description

Wawasan Dengkil Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian construction company specializing in earthworks and civil engineering services within the civil engineering and specialized trade works market. The company delivers essential infrastructure such as roads and highways, drainage systems, sewerage systems, and occasionally building structural works as part of project scopes. Its operations are supported by a sizeable fleet of owned machinery and commercial vehicles, enabling efficient execution of large-scale construction activities. Wawasan Dengkil is registered with CIDB and holds a G7 licence under Building, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical & Electrical categories, allowing it to tender for projects of unlimited size. The company is also a SPKK G7 contractor, eligible to participate in high-value public sector tenders across Malaysia.


Role Description

Responsible for construction site technical matters including safety management, technical management, quality management and civilized construction. Work closely with supervisors, surveyors, laboratory personnel, foremen, and sub-contractors to ensure the team works together efficiently.


Key responsibilities

  • Prepare method statements and construction shop drawings for submission and ensure timely progress
  • Execute contingency plans with the project department and ensure security for the construction team
  • Lead the document control department to build engineering documentation and archiving processes with correct tracking of submissions into and out of the company
  • Attend site inspections, site meetings, and safety meetings as required
  • Maintain up to date technical and commercial reports (internal and external) on projects


About you

  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent field
  • 2 years and above experience in relevant field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving skills able to identify issues and provide solutions during construction
