Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and service-oriented F&B Service Crew members to join KIMIYA.

You will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services, taking customer orders, recommending menu items, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role also involves maintaining restaurant cleanliness, supporting daily operations, and responding to customers' needs promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Able to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members.

• Able to take customer orders accurately and recommend suitable menu items.

• Willing to perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain restaurant hygiene.

• Able to respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally.

• Willing to work retail hours, including overtime when required.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Take, assemble, and present food orders while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

• Handle customer payments, operate the cash register, and process transactions appropriately.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to sanitary standards, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables, counters, and service equipment.

• Clean customer service areas, remove rubbish, and check restroom cleanliness.

• Check equipment to ensure proper working conditions and report any issues to the maintenance team.

• Support other crew members in food preparation, packaging, and delivery to ensure efficient operations.

• Ensure completed food orders are delivered from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly.

• Understand the restaurant menu, promotions, and available offerings.

• Follow company policies and procedures for restaurant operations.

• Attend to customer enquiries, needs, and special requests professionally.

• Manage customer reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.

• Ensure customers' comfort, wellbeing, and overall dining experience are maintained at all times.

• Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the supervisor.
