Jotech Consulting is a general insurance agency based in Horizon Hill, Iskandar Puteri. We help individuals and businesses protect what matters, including motor, fire, property, and business insurance. We're a small, close-knit team.We're looking for an organised and dependable Admin Clerk to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily office administration, filing, and record keeping (physical and digital)
• Prepare insurance quotations, cover notes, and renewal notices
• Key in and update client and policy data accurately in our system
• Follow up with clients on policy renewals, documents, and payments
• Liaise with insurance companies on submissions, endorsements, and claims documents
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally
• Assist with basic invoicing, receipts, and payment records
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in an insurance or admin role is an advantage
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with email and WhatsApp for work
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle deadlines
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn
