About the Role

We are looking for a Site Project Coordinator to support construction project operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site operations and supervise workers to ensure construction activities run smoothly.
• Organize manpower allocation and ensure site work follows approved construction and shop drawings.
• Track project progress, participate in site meetings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing shop drawings, submitting method statements, and maintaining project-related documentation.
• Prepare and update progress reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect reports.
• Monitor site defects and maintain accurate records to support variation orders and other project-related requirements.
• Ensure timely project completion and handover while meeting the required quality standards.
• Identify site challenges and work closely with the project team to implement practical solutions.
• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for site activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight project deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week.
