Experience Requirements
Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.
Core Competencies (Mandatory)
Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including: Multithreading and ConcurrencyJVM Performance TuningCollections FrameworkObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)Design Patterns
Extensive experience with: Spring FrameworkSpring BootSpring MVC
Expertise in modern application architectures: Microservices ArchitectureRESTful API Design & DevelopmentEvent-Driven Architecture
Database experience with: OracleMySQL
Messaging and integration technologies: Apache KafkaRabbitMQ
Strong understanding of delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologiesCode ReviewsTechnical Leadership and OwnershipRelease and Deployment Governance
Secondary Skills (Preferred)
Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Grafana, Geneos.
Collaboration & ALM Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
