Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Management

• Plan, launch and optimise affiliate campaigns with clear KPIs for CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Set up tracking, UTM standards and reconciliations to ensure accurate commission payments.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines while coordinating with product, creative and ads teams.
• Draft clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines for creators and partners.

Creator & Partner Relations

• Source, vet and onboard creators and affiliate partners that fit our brand and audience.
• Negotiate fair rates, contracts and deliverables and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Run partner outreach, performance reviews and regular check-ins to keep partners active.
• Handle disputes, approvals and payout queries with timely, professional responses.

Data & Performance

• Monitor campaign metrics and produce weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Use data to optimise partner mixes, promo codes and commission tiers for better results.
• Conduct A/B tests on creative, landing pages and offers to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain clean campaign documentation and a central dashboard for stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, creator or influencer programs in e-commerce or digital agencies.
• Proven track record managing affiliate networks or creator partnerships with measurable sales outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking pixels, UTM tagging and commission reconciliation.
• Experience with analytics tools, spreadsheets and basic reporting for CPA and ROAS measurement.
• Familiarity with social platforms, creator tools and influencer marketplaces used in Malaysia.
• Good command of campaign brief writing, contract terms and payout workflows.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with creators, networks and agencies.
• Organised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
• Problem solver who stays calm under shifting priorities and learns from performance data.
