Role Overview
The Creative and Digital Content role develops the visual and digital content that supports the organisation’s brand, marketing activity, events and audience engagement. The role combines graphic design, photography and videography, social media content, and event creative support. It works with internal teams to turn communication needs into consistent, effective creative outputs for print, digital and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative and Brand Design
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions that align with the organisation’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Design and adapt logos, flyers, brochures, merchandise, promotional materials, social graphics and other marketing collateral for relevant channels.
- Maintain consistency across typography, imagery, colour, layout and other elements of the visual identity.
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production, applying appropriate specifications and checking files before release.
- Coordinate with printers and other production vendors as needed to support accurate, high-quality output.
Photography and Video Production
- Plan, film and produce in-house photo and video content for marketing, social media and other communications.
- Photograph and film company activities, events, product launches and external engagements.
- Contribute concepts, storyboards and content ideas; edit photography and video for use across digital and print channels.
- Apply a consistent visual style and organise finished photo and video assets for future use.
Social Media and Digital Content
- Create social media graphics, posts, carousels, short-form videos and other digital assets.
- Support the development and maintenance of content calendars, campaign materials and publishing schedules.
- Help prepare and publish organic content across relevant social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone of voice.
- Review content performance and contribute practical ideas to improve relevance, reach and engagement.
Events and Brand Activations
- Support the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, conferences and brand activations.
- Prepare or coordinate booth visuals, signage, promotional materials and displays, ensuring consistent event branding.
- Contribute ideas for interactive experiences and visitor engagement; provide on-site creative and content support when required.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work with marketing, sales, management and other internal teams to understand requirements and translate objectives into creative solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments, priorities and deadlines while communicating progress and raising delivery risks early.
- Keep informed about relevant developments in design, social media, content production, photography and marketing, and propose useful ways to strengthen the brand.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical experience producing graphic design and digital content for brand, marketing or communications purposes.
- Experience with photography and video capture and editing; event coverage experience is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design, photography, video and/or social media work.
- Working knowledge of design and editing software relevant to the role, plus an understanding of digital and print production requirements.

- Professional conduct when representing the organisation at events and when handling its creative assets.
Measures of Success
Success in the role is demonstrated through timely delivery of accurate, on-brand creative work; useful and engaging content across agreed channels; well-organised reusable media assets; reliable creative support for campaigns and events; and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Specific targets and performance measures should be agreed with the role’s manager.
Submission Task
Interested candidates are required to produce a one-page A4 flyer on “Orange Economy” and include it as part of the application for this position. Candidates are to research about orange economy prior to designing the one pager.
