We are seeking a commercially driven, highly organized, and culture-conscious Regional Account Executive to join our Tatler Experience team, based in Kuala Lumpur. Role Overview

As Account Coordinator, you will work directly alongside our Regional Business Director to drive business growth, nurture key client relationships, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution. This role sits at the intersection of media, luxury travel, and active lifestyle IPs—demanding a balance of commercial instincts, project management finesse, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Regional Business Development

• Client Portfolio Growth: Manage and nurture existing commercial accounts while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across Asia.
• Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with regional hotels, luxury travel brands, tourism boards, airlines, and premium active lifestyle/wellness brands.
• Pitch & Proposal Creation: Work alongside internal strategy teams to draft commercially focused, high-impact pitch decks and proposals that showcase Tatler’s media ecosystem and proprietary IPs.
• Commercial Oversight: Act as the primary client point of contact, managing contract negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship health to ensure client retention and revenue targets are met.

2. Campaign Execution & Project Management

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central conduit between regional clients and internal creative, editorial, and event teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and aligned with Tatler's editorial standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, monitor revenue margin targets, and oversee invoicing and financial tracking for all assigned accounts.
• Operational Workflow: Oversee campaign timelines, asset delivery, and operational logistics for all travel and active lifestyle IP activations to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Media, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in account management, client relations, or business development—preferably within luxury hospitality, media publishing, or the active lifestyle/wellness sectors.
• Commercial & Financial Literacy: Proficient in budget management, revenue tracking, and build-out of pitch decks using key commercial and presentation software.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English; ability to articulate value propositions to senior management and external stakeholders comfortably.
