We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our small food-stall team. You’ll prepare quality coffee, serve customers and help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, close-knit setting.
What you’ll do
Prepare espresso-based drinks and other menu items to our recipes and quality standards.
Greet customers, take orders, recommend drinks and handle payments.
Keep the coffee station, equipment and service area clean and organised.
Restock cups, milk, beans and other supplies; let the team know when stock is running low.
Help with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning and basic equipment care.
Work closely with teammates to serve orders accurately and keep service moving during busy periods.
What we’re looking for
A warm, customer-focused attitude and clear communication.
Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.
Barista, café or food-service experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a busy stall environment.
Able to work [full-time/part-time], including [weekends/public holidays, if required].
