The client is a HNW insurance broker firm.
Job Responsibilities
Draft visual pitch books and materials for account executives to use during client meetings
Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
Guarantee that all consumer inquiries and demands are resolved quickly and uniformly
Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
Assist account managers in delivering premium service to affluent accounts to secure ongoing loyalty
Collaborate with patrons, internal operations, and vendor networks to guarantee swift document handling and execution of consumer needs
Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
Manage ongoing communication and calendar scheduling for potential and current clients alongside corporate associates.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
Possess exceptional structural and scheduling capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to handle diverse duties independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrate superior written and spoken communication capabilities
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
