Job Summary

You will manage customer orders and shipments, coordinate production schedules with planning, and serve as the main contact to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer quotations, sales orders, and release orders accurately and promptly

Coordinate with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines

Arrange shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time receipt by customers

Track orders and proactively follow up to meet customer delivery expectations

Serve as the primary contact for customers by responding to inquiries and providing order and shipment updates

Liaise between internal teams (Management, Production, QC) and customers to resolve technical questions and confirm product requirements

Complete additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management with initiative and independence

Required competencies and certifications

Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage order processing and communication

Proficiency in English speaking and writing to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Meticulousness and proactivity to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Mechanical Engineering background preferred but not required.

We are also a mechanical parts provider to several industries such as aerospace, medical/pharmaceutical components, optical, semi-conductor, laser, automotive and machining tools.
