Competitive salary of $2,500 - $3,800 (Yearly increment)
5 work days, Office hours

Location: Islandwide
Job Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care
Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
Provide billing information and support patient inquiries
Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services
Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College education or relevant certification.
Call centre experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
