About the Roles

Join a building construction company as a Project Engineer, based in Admiralty with islandwide site visits. This permanent position offers a basic salary plus AWS and VB, with a six-day workweek from Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee construction projects from planning and site preparation through to completion, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate daily site activities and communication between teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust work plans as needed to keep projects on track for timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify construction quality and compliance with project standards.
• Apply and enforce workplace safety procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Check that all project activities meet contractual requirements and relevant regulations.
• Compile project progress reports and submit monthly progress claims.

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Experience overseeing building construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
• A good understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety requirements, and contract administration.
• The ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software as an advantage.

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• construction project management / site supervision: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
• familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations (Preferred)
