Stock Management

• Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.

• Arrange and organize stock properly in the warehouse.

• Ensure all products are labelled and stored in the correct locations.

• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items or discrepancies.

• Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.

Order Picking & Packing

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order details.

• Prepare orders for Shopee, Lazada, walk-in customers, and other sales channels.

• Ensure the correct items, quantities, and variants are packed before shipment.

• Arrange courier pickups and ensure orders are dispatched on time.

Stock Allocation & Transfer

• Allocate stock for showroom sales, online orders, and installation jobs.

• Prepare stock transfers between warehouse, showroom, and other branches when required.

• Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory system.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure stock availability.

Returns & Warranty Handling

• Check returned goods and identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Record returns and update inventory records accordingly.

• Separate defective goods and report them to the supervisor.

• Assist with warranty claims and replacement stock arrangements.

Warehouse Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized warehouse.

• Ensure products are stored safely to prevent damage or loss.

• Keep aisles and working areas clear and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the sales, purchasing, and installation teams on stock availability.

• Report stock shortages, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies promptly.

• Assist with monthly stocktaking and other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
