JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) reports and maintain training records.
• Update daily toolbox talk records and prepare monthly toolbox talk summaries.
• Prepare monthly safety bulletins and assist in joint site safety audits and inspections.
• Update and maintain monthly First Aid checklists.
• Prepare man-hour and manpower reports and compile audit inspection documents for client submission.
• Assist the Safety and Health Officer (SHO) in preparing quarterly SHE performance reports.
• Assist in conducting safety and health induction programmes for employees and site personnel.
• Support the SHE Department in organising safety training, activities, and awareness programmes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a Certificate in the Safety Site Supervisor (SSS) Course and a valid DOSH Yellow Book.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and health practices.
• Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to work at project sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
