Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire SME clients through networking, referrals, partnerships, and targeted business development activities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME financing opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close new business to grow the SME loan portfolio.
• Understand clients' financing needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and financing experience.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, SME Financing, or Microfinancing.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong B2B network and access to SME decision-makers.
• Demonstrates a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
