About The Role

Step into a dynamic role that combines sales, events and people engagement at Altius Organisation. You’ll represent leading brands at live activations, connect with customers face-to-face and contribute to successful campaigns both on and off the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Engage visitors at events and turn conversations into sales opportunities
• Represent brands professionally at roadshows, activations and campaigns
• Assist with event setup, execution and pack-down
• Work towards weekly sales and performance goals
• Track and share campaign results with the team
• Support teammates and help onboard new team members

• Strong communication and people skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and occasional irregular hours
• Open to travelling for team activities and business opportunities
