Clowerks is a Singapore design-and-build contractor, part of CLO Group. We help property owners and asset managers transform their spaces: commercial fit-outs, office renovations, industrial A&A works, conservation shophouse redevelopment and full rebuilds. One team handles design, build and delivery.

You'll be the first point of contact for new clients. You'll find opportunities, understand what property owners need, and work with our design and project teams to turn that into winning proposals. You'll also use AI tools to research prospects, speed up outreach and sharpen how we work.

Property asset managers, building owners, industrial operators, shophouse owners and office tenants.

• Identify and approach prospects across our target segments
• Use AI and digital tools to research leads, draft outreach and manage your pipeline
• Follow up consistently and keep a healthy pipeline
• Join site visits and client meetings with the design and project teams
• Prepare proposals and quotations with team support
• Report weekly on pipeline and market insights

• Energetic, driven and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools) and keen to apply them to real sales work
• A strong team player who shares information and supports colleagues
• Proactive and resilient: you follow up without being chased and bounce back from "no"

Good to Have.

• Experience in sales, property, construction or interior design
• Basic CRM and MS Office skills
• Diploma or degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
