About the Role : We are seeking a high-performing, hunter-mentality Senior Account Executive based in Singapore to drive new business acquisition across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
In this role, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the APAC region. You will leverage your existing Salesforce ecosystem network and deep domain expertise to identify, prospect, and close high-value deals with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Network Leverage
- Tap into your established industry connections and Salesforce network to penetrate key accounts quickly.
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to continuously build and maintain a healthy pipeline of Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities within our ICP.
- Partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Marketing to align outbound campaigns with target verticals.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, contract execution, and final closing.
- Lead discovery calls, present high-impact solutions, and deliver tailored value propositions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Orchestrate multi-threaded sales processes involving technical pre-sales, product, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Implement rigorous sales methodology to qualify opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
- Balance velocity-driven Mid-Market deals with structured, long-term Enterprise sales cycles.
- Maintain clean data hygiene in Salesforce to ensure visibility across leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 8+ years of direct B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Network: An established, active professional network within the Salesforce ecosystem (partners, SI networks, or user communities).
- Hunter Mindset: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota through self-sourced prospecting and new business acquisition.
- Sales Discipline: Demonstrated mastery of structured sales methodologies to manage complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.

- High adaptability and passion for building sales momentum in a fast-scaling environment.
- Deep understanding of local business cultures, regulatory norms, and decision-making styles across Southeast Asia.
- Prior experience selling into our core industry verticals (Professional Services, High-Tech, Advisory, Software, Clinical Research)
