We are looking for a Fundraising Executive to support our fundraising efforts and help us make a meaningful impact in the lives of the poor and needy. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling donor queries, execute fundraising campaigns, managing donation & donor data and engage with donors.

Responsibilities:

·      Handle donor queries and provide excellent service to donors and potential donors.

·      Manage donation data, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.

·      Support the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns.

·      Execute fundraising related marketing and promotional activities.

·      Analyze donation trends and donor segments to provide insights for future fundraising efforts.

·      Implement plans to recognize donors and to develop a long-term relationship so as to grow lifetime donation value.

·      Implement plans to grow repeat donors, regular donations & grow average annual donation value.

·      Support plans to grow fundraising at scale through conferences.

·      Support the development of new donation segments (corporate, foundations, ultra high net worth individuals, regular donation, legacy giving)

Requirements:

·      At least 2 years of experience in customer acquisition, engagement & retention or a related field.

·      Good understanding of how digital & social media marketing can be used for revenue generation and customer acquisition, engagement & retention.

·      Curious with an appetite to learn.

·      Good attention to detail

·      Good analytical skills

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team
