Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di GREEN SUMMIT CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

Primary Objectives:

• Construction & Site Supervision: To supervise and monitor daily site operations, ensuring work progress, manpower management, and quality workmanship are achieved according to project standards and timelines.
• Construction & Site Supervision: To coordinate resources, subcontractors, reporting, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution, accurate records, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction & Site Supervision: Record and monitor site activities including manpower allocation, technical problem-solving, task coordination, defect checking/rectification and surveying to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
• Construction & Site Supervision: Supervise work progress and workmanship control by engaging with workers, enforcing compliance, and investigating non-conformances to minimize rework and improve productivity.
• Construction & Site Supervision: Manage materials and machinery including ordering quantity, delivery coordination, storage control, machinery booking and maintenance to achieve uninterrupted site operations and zero wastage.
• Construction & Site Supervision: Carry out assigned defect rectification works and resolve construction-related issues or concerns within agreed timelines.
• Quality Control and Site Inspections: Conduct scheduled tests and inspections to verify that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction plans, and document results for quality assurance.
• Quality Control and Site Inspections: Conduct inspections on materials for quality assurance and to meet project specifications, whereby defects and dispute to be reported to Purchasing Department.
• Safety Operations: Ensure construction site is kept clean and organized at all times as per Site Safety Supervisor’s instructions in relevance to safety and health regulations.
• Project Reporting & Documentation: Document and maintain all site records, including daily reports, material usage, equipment logs, and servicing/maintenance schedules of all machinery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
