Job Description

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multiple product teams delivering high-impact digital products.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
• Drive product roadmaps, priorities, and experimentation initiatives.
• Establish and track key product and customer success metrics.
• Analyse data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operational teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launch activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and business performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years of product management experience within digital, technology, e-commerce, consumer platforms or related environments.
• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering successful digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of software development processes and product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing product talent.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on customer outcomes and business impact.
